Transfer Credit

The National College of Naprapathic Medicine accepts many previously completed graduate-level courses as transfer credit for the Basic Sciences requirements in the Doctor of Naprapathy Program.

If you are a licensed professional, or have taken courses in any of the following areas:

  • Advanced Practice Nurse
  • Chiropractor
  • Dentist
  • Medical Doctor
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Oriental Medical Doctor (OMD)
  • Physical Therapist
  • Podiatrist
  • Osteopath

Or if you have otherwise earned post-baccalaureate credit in the life sciences, you may have your transcript reviewed to determine for which courses you will receive transfer credit upon entering the Doctor of Naprapathy program.* Courses eligible for transfer credit are basic sciences courses such as: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, and others. Required courses in Naprapathic Sciences are not eligible for tranfer credit.

*Potential transfer credits will be reviewed by the Dean of Academics on a course-by-course basis. Prior to enrollment, applicants will be notified of which transfer courses can be applied the the Doctor of Naprapathy degree program.
